Can I access my belongings at any time of day or night?
Yes. With our state-of-the-art security system you are allowed access at any time by using our convenient coded access gates. If you need to speak to one of our staff please stop by or call between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:00 pm EST.

What exactly can I store?
As long as it's not illegal, dangerous, highly inflammable, perishable, precious or alive you can store it. Anything you store should be in compliance with our terms and conditions.

What's the minimum / maximum amount of time I can store for?
The minimum time is as little as one month, and the maximum is as long as you want. The notice period you give us can be as little as 24 hours - so you'll never have to pay for storage time you don't need.

What if I booked the wrong room size?
We understand that estimating the amount of space your valuables will take up is difficult so in this instance you can simply rebook and move to the correct room size. Or, if the right size isn't available, you can take an additional room.

How do I know my stuff will be safe?
We have taken every step to ensure the security and safety of items stored at our facility. Our security system is state-of-the-art, with coded entry into every unit, security cameras, and a fenced compound that allows access to only those who are currently renting a unit from us.

What happens if my stuff gets damaged while in storage?
We make every effort to ensure this doesn't happen,but if it does you will need to contact your insurance company to make a claim. We do offer insurace through our facility that can be purchased at an additional cost.

Do I need to insure my belongings while in storage?
Yes. We make every effort to ensure nothing happens to your belongings but in the event that something does you will want to have some kind of insurance coverage. We do offer insurace through our facility that can be purchased at an additional cost.

What do I need to bring on the day I rent the unit?
You will need a drivers license or state ID. If you are in the military, bring your military ID. Also, the 1st month's rent.

Do you offer Military discounts?
Yes. All members of the armed forces recieve a 10% discount. You will need your military ID on the day you rent the unit to qualify for this discount.

Do I need a security deposit?
There is no deposit required on storage units, but a small deposit is required on truck and trailer rentals.
